With minimal resources, the institute has established three offline centers, each serving as a hub for learning and innovation across the region. Over 100 students have undergone rigorous training in digital skills, ranging from basic computer literacy to advanced coding and programming. This comprehensive approach ensures that students are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the digital world.
One of the most compelling success stories emerging from Dreamers Institute’s efforts is the creation of ADTS, an IT firm launched by the institute’s first batch of students. ADTS has quickly made a name for itself, providing services beyond India’s borders. This achievement is not just a testament to the students' hard work and dedication but also to the effectiveness of Dreamers Institute’s training programs. Dreamers Institute played a pivotal role in transforming the Pioneer Institute of Learning School, one of the largest schools in North Kashmir with around 3,000 enrolled students. By developing a comprehensive app, website, and digital system, Dreamers Institute enhanced the school’s operational efficiency and educational delivery. These digital tools have streamlined administrative tasks, facilitated better communication between teachers and students, and provided a robust platform for online learning, making the school more effective and adaptive to modern educational needs.
Dreamers Institute has also made significant strides in transforming Idara Abul Fazal Abbas (A.S), a prominent organization in Magam. By building custom software and implementing automation systems, the institute has reduced the workload of around 10 employees. This transformation has not only decreased the burden of excessive paperwork but also enhanced the organization’s operational efficiency. Additionally, the introduction of stock management software for numerous middle-class businesses has streamlined inventory processes, reduced errors, and improved overall business performance.
